Not gonna lie, I feel like a complete fuck up and there are times where I’ve put myself in some shitty situations. I am ware of these short comings and I bust my ass everyday. The majority of my coworkers at face value act completely different to me in person. However I am very aware and know how they truly feel about me. I will NEVER talk about anyone behind their back. I'd say attention has become one of the largest growing commodities in the digital space. Why does this matter... Well when you look around you, or on socials and see how everyone is trying to 'keep up' so to speak with trends, ideas, fashion etc, material stuff, then you realise that when creating a brand or selling the idea of one or something then being able to attain attention, draw eyes in on yourself or the thing or idea that you are advertising is very important. Views/Attention = clicks and conversion = $ I think this is why the idea of becoming an 'Influencer' is so popular because of this equation. First is the monotization from the views and when you have the audience/attention, you can create a brand or produce a product to them etc

One thing people don't understand is they think it's easier if your parents or something own the business or if your parents start the business. Your parents could be dumb and come up with dumb ideas. In addition to this your parents may be willing to work you to death to make their dumb idea work.
